With the current COVID-19 situation shutting down our Spring clinics and the uncertain return timeline, we've been thinking of ways to stay active and keep supporting our goalies. Looking at a situation where goalies are going to go from a long shutdown to playing high-level lacrosse in a hurry, anything we can be doing now to keep sharp will pay off and we want to help in addition to the wall ball and sibling-shooting we know you're already doing!

We're excited to now offer ONLINE FILM REVIEW/VIRTUAL TRAINING!

We've done a number of these sessions recently with great feedback, and are excited to now open this up to all! The process is super simple:

• Pick the Film: You can send a full game film (we'll cut it ahead of time), reel of clips or just some footage of shots in the back yard. If you don't have film, no problem! We've got film from our College goalies cut up to use for film review sessions and we can provide film to supplement what you have and coach using what we watch!

• Pick the Focus: Usually our goalies will want to focus on a technical breakdown, but many want to focus on defensive communication, situational awareness and other more conceptual coaching. We'll talk briefly beforehand to nail down a focus.

• Pick the Time: Dave Page (UPenn) will lead all virtual sessions and will contact you to set up a date/time that works well for your session. We can accommodate all schedules for the time being!

• Post-Session, goalie will get a review of the session & Action Plan as well as a recorded copy of the session for future reference.

We know this is a great chance for goalies to not only keep getting better during this time away from the field but to take advantage of working one-on-one with a college goalie coach. These films sessions are a big part of what a typical training week looks like for College goalies and we're excited to give our Youth-High School goalies an inside look!
